Returns
Free Returns within the United States.
International returns are at the expense of the customer and a tracking number must be supplied.
Please note Shipping Costs at initial purchase are not refundable.
You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or request a refund

How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Step 3:
- Ship out your order
Please Note: If it is any later than 7 days from the day receiving your return label, we will be unable to accept this return or issue a refund.
Step 4:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Please Note:
- Merchandise must be returned in original condition/ packaging ( including duster bags ) with attached price tickets and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition to be valid for a refund/Exchange.
- We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- We do not hold responsibility over packages once it's delivered by the carrier.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.
